What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is with Bpost, in a bubble envelop that fits through your mailbox. To keep the shipping cost as low as possible, it is without tracking! Shipping to Belgium: 2.4 euro Shipping to EU: 6 euro
How long does it take before my package gets shipped?

Our aim is to get packages ready for shipment within 1-3 business days. If it is very busy, for example during holiday season, it can be up to 4-5 days.
When will my package arrive?

The packages will be shipped in a bubble envelop. To keep shipping costs as low as possible, it is without track and trace. Shipping to Belgium will take 1-4 business days Shipping to EU will take 7 – 15 business days KaDesignBE is not responsible for any loss or theft during the shipping. We can not be held responsible for delays because of postal services.
Can I return my order?

If for some reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 14 days after delivery. Please contact KaDesignBE to let us know you would like to return it. The cost and risk of the return shipping are with the buyer. Once we receive the package and the items are in good condition, we refund you. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or bank account. Refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
I ordered a custom made piece of jewelry. Can I return it?

Unfourtunately KaDesignBE is not able to take custom items back.
Which materials are used?

KaDesignBE only uses the best materials for her jewelry. We work with Miyuki beads, one of the best quality seed beads available. These beads are made in glass. For clasps we use stainless steel. When you read 'silver' or 'gold' we are referring to the color. The seed beads that are used, vary in size. Please check the sizes of the beads. The bracelets/anklets/necklaces are sometimes photographed in close up so you can look at the details. That's why the beads can seem bigger than in reality. Please keep this in mind.
How do I choose the size?

Here is how to determine your bracelet / anklet sizing, and it only takes a few moments and a flexible measuring tape or robe. With your flexible measuring tape, measure just above (towards your elbow) the wrist bone (or your ankle in case you measure for an anklet of course) then make sure to add some extra length according to what fitting you like. For a loose fit, add about 0.75 inches /18mm For a normal fit, add about 0.5inches / 12mm For a snugger fit, add about 0.25 inches/7mm These are general guide lines you can follow, please adjust to your own liking! Please note: the size that you will choose, includes the clasp.

Will my bracelet / anklet / necklace look exactly as on the picture?

We try to make the pictures as accurate as possible. Due to monitor settings, colors can always slightly differ on another screen. Since the jewelry is handmade for you, there will always be a difference in the beads that are picked out for your bracelet/anklet/necklace. That’s the beauty of the handmade story and that's why you will receive a unique piece of jewelry!
How do I keep my jewelry in perfect condition?

To enjoy your jewelry as long as possible, please regard following guide lines: Jewelry can't stand perfume, water and cleaning products, not even for once ;-) They also don't like to swim, bathe, shower and exercise. Although KaDesignBE jewelry is of the best quality, the jewelry càn discolour under the influence of skin acids and fats. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable and is not covered by the warranty. If your jewelry is not being worn, it is best to store them separately in a box, airtight and light-tight. This keeps them beautiful for longer. Be kind to your jewelry, then they will stay beautiful longer and you will enjoy them longer!
