SHIPPING POLICY

My aim is to have your order ready to ship within 1-3 business days.

It wil be shipped in a bubble envelop without track and trace.

KaDesignBE can not be held responsible for damage or loss of the package due to the Post Office.

KaDesignBE can not be held responsible for any additional custom fees.

Shipping time and costs:

To Belgium: 1-3 business days: 2,40 euro

To the EU: 5-15 business days : 6 euro

At the moment, there is no shipping possible outside the EU on this website.

RETURN POLICY

If you would like to return your package, you can do this within 14 days of delivery.

Please do first contact KaDesignBE for details.

Return shipping costs are for the buyer.

Returned items should be undamaged, unworn (of course you can fit it;-) sent back. After receiving the items in good condition, KaDesign will refund you within 10 business days.
